On 12 March 2013 we received an e-mail that someone will phone us in regards with our previous complaint, but up till today no one phoned us and the problem is still not sorted out. We are still waiting for our remote control to deactivate our alarm from outside the house before we enter the house. We have paid for this but have not received the controls. We really want our money back from ADT and then they can come and take out the alarm system. We will rather make use of a security company that will give better service to the cleints that what ADT gives.
ADT services is not of the highest quality and will not recommend them to anybody to make use of their service.
We are very disappointed in the service from ADT.
Can we please have feedback on this.
