Told me that I'll be contacted for the techs to fit radio to link up. I made it clear that I was going abroad and this had to happen urgently.
I emailed via your website on the 12th. It says that within 24 hours I'll have a reply. Nothing. I have phoned in many times and nobody answers or I go through to control room.
If you are not able or willing to link my alarm up by no later than 15th June at 2pm then I am cancelling for breach of contract. I expected much better response and am starting to feel like I regret choosing your company after reading the 100's of hellopeter complaints about ADT.
