Brand new car unusable due to Netsta

Netstar was installed on our brand new car which has never been driven - now unusable: The new car dealer has inspected and confirmed that the Netstar installation was incorrect. Netstar was informed this morning, numerous phone calls, still waiting. The car has NEVER BEEN DRIVEN YET!!! Reg CM 04 RT GP
