A month ago my cousin was hijacked and tracker was alerted of the incident within minutes. Later on the same day my cousin received an SMS from tracker informing him that his car has been recovered and an assistant will call him shortly to make arrangements. When hours passed without a call, he decided to give them a call and was shocked to be told that his car was never recovered and they never even received a signal when they tried tracking it. I reported this to tracker and was told that they would invistigate. Its a month later and I'm still waiting. I'm under the impression that the car was recovered and some kind of bribe was paid and the criminals were let go with the car. I say this because I've heard of this happening before. Now why have tracker if when you need them the most they treat u this way? My cousin is traumatized by the incident and now this. If I don't get any joy out of this, I'm definately joining matrix or something cause I'm using tracker in my car as well. They are Gerry unreliable and ill make sure everybody knows this.
