ZERO RESPONSE FROM ADT SECURITY

I contacted ADT to voice my concern about the lack of visibility of their local bicycle patrol in our road. I requested that a senior manager contact me to discuss the problem. I have not heard from them in six days and have since cancelled my subscription to the patrol.

Shortly after ADT launched this service, we queried the lack of visibility - nothing has changed. This poor service raises serious concerns about the ability of the company to respond in an emergency. This is their core responsibility which we, their faithful customers, pay them substantial amounts of money to perform with excellence.
