We reported a technical failure in the alarm whereby it just goes off when we set it at night and when ever we leave the house at any other time. At first the technical department advised their SLA was 48hrs but later changed stating their are over booked and will come on the 27th. We stated we are not pleased with that as it means we must either set the alarm and let it go off the whole night or when ever we leave the house. We were told the only option is that there will be special patrol and .however that hasn't't occurred instead ADT only comes when the alarm goes off and to show the lack of communication, the guards are not aware of the extra patrol that was supposedly arranged and are surprised as to why the alarm goes off none stop. Over and above the fact that ADT doesn't patrol the area (never visible in the day and at night) now we must be stuck in the house to guard it ourselves while we are paying for the service. We are not happy with the poor service that we are receiving and seek a resolution no later than 12PM.
