Park Patrol Security (PP) has delayed to complete the installation at my home, further to this the technicians mentioned that the panic receiver unit is not compatible to the new system. Park Patrol is replacing the entire system and you quoted to rewire and replace the existing so why is the receivers not being replaced if it not going to be compatible to the new system. All we want is the entire system's to work as previously, be it with old or new stuff, if PP cannot then as previously requested we write a motivation letter to our insurers (Nedbank) to say " there has been an oversight by Park Patrol in that their technicians failed to evaluate and access the job properly. Please note we did not request a new system and its not by our choice, the old system was damaged by lightening, PP in their report mentioned they cannot repair or replace it with the exact same system as it now obsolete, PP recommended a little newer system, It is Park Patrol who realized the panics and receivers later on installation of the new system that the panic receivers are not compatible to the new system.
