TERRIBLE TEERIBLE SERVICE
I have been battling with your service and I have been reporting this to you with no success. Initially it was the terrible service, then bad workmanship, then the gate failed to lock and now the gate is broken and I have since reported it to Joe, the sales persona md Maurice, the area manager and till now nothing have been done.
And no one have called or smsed me since then.
I am very unhappy with this and I now feel it is the time to get my money back as it is the second complaint, about the poor product costing R60k.
All the responsible people are always busy when you have a complain but available when you have to pay.
