Incompetent head office and terrible food

I visited the Northmead branch on the 26th of December 2013. The store was reasonably busy. I got the most terrible chicken I have had. The chips looked like it was made the day before. The "famous" KFC chicken tasted oily and old, the coating tasted awful. I phoned the head office the same day. They took my details and promised to get back to me. No one did. I then posted on their facebook page and got a response on the 20th of Jan 2014 with another promise of my problem to be solved and said that the area manager would get back to me and that I would get an SMS sent to me with a reference number of my complaint. Well I am going into the fourth day again and I am still waiting for the phone call and the SMS. I have the pictures of this terrible chicken but they would not give me a cellphone to MMS it to.

To me these people do not care about their customers. I have had bad chicken a few times. Always oily. This time though was so terrible my 5 year old son would not even eat his pops. But judging by their lack of response and poor customer service THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU WANT TO BUY FROM THEM OR NOT,
I used to love KFC but will not go back. No toys for kids either.
