Two problems:
1. LG Dishwasher have child lock. However only button that does not work with child lock is power on off button. And guess what... This button cancels the cycle this machine is on. ALSO plays beautiful tune when pressed. So guess what button the child pushes... Power on / off. Terrible design of child lock as it does not block all buttons. My always presses the on off button, thus machine is useless as I can only use at night. CALLED LG product manager to advise him of problem --- Never called back - Terrible customer service!
2. LG Washing machine - Front panel broken - Not making this panel anymore, thus have to replace machine... Terrible customer service. Clearly this must be strategy of LG, to only supply certain parts for a while, and then force customers to buy a new machine!!! Unacceptable. Spoke to sales person, who confirmed that this is probably the strategy of LG for continued growth.
Will never purchase another LG electronic device, and would not recommend this brand to anyone!
