Very BAD delivery service

We had a break in at our home last tuesday night, two men broke in to our home at 7 at night while we were there, they forced there way into our yard at the front gate. They threated us, and took of with some valuables. We pressed the panic button and ADT only phoned 10 minutes later, after explaining that there were burglars in the house a response unit car was send out. It took them 30 MINUTES to get to our house. After phoning them the next day to ask for a explaination they said there was a misunderstanding with the signals and it would be investigated. (I have spoken to three differend Supervisors) The same happended today on the 2nd of June. And AGAIN it took them 20 minutes to phone after the panic button was activated. They did not even bother to send out a patrol car. And we also discovered that the electric fence is NOT working at all after "ADT" technition attended to it ADT was the company that installed the alarm system and wiring of the electric fence. My question is, does one of us have to get injured seriously or murderd before they are going to take our safety seriously and start doing what we are paying them to do, TO LOOK AFTER OUR SAFETY!!!
