Adt security is a leader in its chosen markets by delivering unsurpassed customer service right, well I am existing customer. Recently Adt security has gone up with their monthly instalments for 2 month's in 1 year without any notice. The first time I called to ask why the didn't send me an email or anything the consultant told me they did and I must check my junk-mail! Then he gave me a reason why it had gone up. The second time still in the same year yet again I called, the consultant told me its because of the petrol price and yes they have send me an email? when I asked what email she told me, but the last letter was wrong and I corrected her. Very disappointed I have told her I feel like cancelling my contract very nicely she explains what the procedure is and I'm like thinking like not even trying to say no or anything like that so clearly Adt security don't want to keep customers. We live in a world where there is new learning's, experiences and technology so their is continuous improvements? Why didn't they called or put attach a receipt stating the customer have received the mail. Adt always there, well are they really!!
