ADT - not understanding my request!

On 23 May 2013 I contacted the ADT call center to confirm what the procedure is, if I have moved from 246 Argo Place, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria to Cape Town and if I want to move my account with ADT to Cape Town. The call center said I must just send an e-mail to [Email Removed] and request to cancel my PTA account and continue with my account in Cape Town. I immediately sent the e-mail at 08:16 am on the 23rd of May. Then on 27 May I phoned ADT again to ask why I haven't been contacted yet. I've spoken to Rudzane Masindi and he said I must e-mail him a letter of cancellation. Then I forwarded him my e-mail as letter of cancellation sent on the 23rd of May and requested ADT's urgent attention. On 3 June I receive a call from ADT requesting information regarding my residence at 246 Argo Place and I had to again explain that I want to cancel my account and continue in Cape Town. I got so frustrated with the person phoning me, because he did not know about my e-mail request and did not know I wanted to cancel my Pretoria account. This is very frustrating and I still don't have any performance or service in Cape Town, while I don't stay in Pretoria!!
