I moved in September 2012, and tried in vain with emails, phone calls and a letter to change my billing address, yet ADT is unable to do that and consequently I do not receive my invoices. When phoning the Cape Town Call center, I am told that the Johannesburg center must be contacted to change details, yet the Johannesburg call center tell me to phone Cape Town.

After all the trouble I have been through to change my details, ADT has the audacity to send me a letter saying that they are going to blacklist me for not paying the account.
I phoned again, to change my details, where I was transferred to numerous people, all unable to assist me. Finally I got through to a lady only to be told to write a letter if I need to change my address. I explained that I had already done that, and instead of trying to resolve the issue the woman at the call center promptly disconnected my call.
The people at the Call-center are rude and unwilling to help.
Why can't ADT change my Postal address?
