I stayed in Saldanha, and I moved 2years ago. I have cancelled my contract about 2 years ago. I cancelled via e-mail and still received an account. I then phoned them, they requested me to forward the email again, I could not find my e-mail as my hard drive crashed. When I phoned again, the lady admit that they received the mail previously, and they will attend to the matter immediately. The next account showed " being processed to be cancelled". Then they replied to me via e-mail that they will sort the mess out and they admit the miss communications on their side, and they will repay all my monthly deductions. I now received an account yet again for R765.22 arrears. WHAT ELSE MUST ONE DO??? - I AM APPALLED BY THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE!!! WERE DOES IT LEAVE MY CREDIT REFERENCE, AS IT MIGHT INFLUENCE MY CREDIT RATING AT THE CREDIT BUREAU?
