In April 2013 I notified Altech Netstar that I had sold my vehicle on which the Early Warning device was installed. The vehicle was sold as I am unemployed and could no longer afford the monthly subscription. They informed me that there was a cancellation fee payable. Due to my unemployment status I could not enter into a payment arrangement. I am currently busy with a work assignment, which only pays a R1 000, 00 a week. From this I have to pay my monthly rent, and see to my living expenses. I have a wife a 3 children to support. On 31 May 2013 an amount of R537, 00 was deducted from my account without warning or notification. This has set me back tremendously as I cannot see to any of my current expenses. I am pleading with your company to kindly refund this amount, and I will then enter into a payment arrangement for R50, 00 repayment as from the end of June 2013. Your urgent positive response will be appreciated.
