Slow response to panic button & calls

On Saturday three men in a silver Polo Vivo stopped at our electric gate & rang the buzzer. They then proceeded to try to move the gate & used a crow bar to pry it open just enough for one of them to squeeze through. This took them 15 whole minutes. Once on the premises, the intruder tipped the security camera upwards so that they could not be seen. He then proceeded to manualize the other gate on the property & rolled it open. My daughter was alone at home, frantically pressing the panic button (no response from Chubb), dialling numbers & calling Chubb, who fortunately arrived within minutes once the call was actually answered. The Chubb guy asked the intruders what they were doing (?) & was told that they had been visiting someone (even though the panic button had been pressed many times, the alarm was still sounding & the gate had been forced). They then left the scene!!
We are very grateful that Chubb arrived but it took repeated attempts by my daughter to get her call answered & the intruders were not apprehended. Today I spoke to Heinrich (Bedfordview) who did not seem interested in my concerns. There is no email address on the website. Please assist!
