I had recently the need to upgrade my alarm in Durban. Initially I had a bad experience with another person at ADT. On phoning a Jhb branch and speaking to one of the main managers, I got contacted by Ahmed. He said they were instructed by the manager to give me the best treatment, and that's exactly what I got, THE BEST. Not only were the people who installed the alarm efficient, they were men of integrity. This includes Mark, Jeremy and his colleagues. the best of all I was always kept in the loop and was contacted numerous times to check if all was fine.
