Ahmed Ahmed Service Centre Manager of Rectron Cape Town. Quietly spoken, unimposing, a presence of gentility yet firm, decisive. My Samsung Notebook had a weird 'fault' not seen before. Under guarantee, the keyboard and mouse pad replaced. The fault not corrected. Life's experience, my woman's attitude and stubbornness Ahmed dealt with commendably. Patience never faltering, kind, caring advice Ahmed dealt with this issue. Within his busy demanding days his promises, feedback, temperament constant. I am extreme to deal with.
