I called the Gate Motor Guru Call centre, requesting that someone that could tension the springs of my Garage door. They referred me to Mike Joyce stating that the callout and first hour of Labour would be R399.
When Mike arrived, he told me yes the springs need tensioning (Which I new) and that he would book one of his team. No mention made that I would incur an extra cost.
The next day his team arrived and spent twenty minutes on the door and left.
I then received a bill of R949 from Mike. R399 for Mike and R550 for his team.
I feel cheated, Why then did I need Mike or Gate motor Guru?
