I received an email from Nomvuyiso Mazeka a week ago asking me if I'd like to continue paying for my tracker service on a month to month basis as my 24 hour contract had come to term. I responded requesting that I continue with the service on a month to month basis and I made enquiries about getting a copy of my tracker certificate. Monday morning, before 9AM I got an email from Nomvuyiso stating that she has activated the month to month service and she just politely ignored my request regarding the certificate. I then responded immediately asking about the certificate and to date she has not bothered replying. I sent her additional 2 responses questioning her non-response but that fell on deaf ears too. Absolutely pathetic service from her. I have in the interim made contact with an agent named Thami who assisted me beautifully and I had a copy of my certificate emailed to me within 2 minutes of the conversation. Nomvuyiso should take some tips from her fellow colleagues or get out of customer service as her service has done nothing but left a bad taste in my mouth.
