I joined First For Women in March 2013. I was requested to submit the tracker installation certificate and car inspection certificate. I submitted those within the required time of 7 days. to date those details have not been updated on my insurance and i am currently insured for 3rd party only. This is a very bad service as i have sent the requested documents twice already but yet no update has been done. i am really disappointed with their service.
