Good day, I am appalled at the service that I have received from Bonitas, I have requested a copy of my PROSANO 2012-2013 tax certificate, however still no feedback was also told no tax certificate on system. I need to submit my tax returns urgently, if I do not receive my tax certificate by the end of this week, I am asking legal wise to contact Bonitas, if I get a penalty because I have not submitted my returns on time I am taking the matter further. I have twin babies and can not afford to pay unnecessary money that I do not have for tax penalties. I need the matter sorted ASAP. I have received 6 copies of the BONITAS tax certificate I DON'T need that one I need the PROSANO 2012 - 2013 tax certificate.
I am not a Happy Member at all, I pay my contribution every month yet I DO NOT get the service I require..
