Bad service

I had a call from Chubb on Thursday to notify me that my alarm went off they will send someone to come and check what was the problem. but they called me to say they cant go to my area as it is a no go area, i pay Chubb every month but when they have to render the service that i pay for they cant. i need to cancel their contract and get a new one with another supplier.
