On 8 November 2011 I informed ADT via e-mail to Mildred Van Der Vent that I am cancelling my contract with immediate effect. However, to my horror, 5 months later, I realised that ADT was still taking money from my account. After much correspondence via telephone and e-mail, it was agreed that ADT would refund me for 5 months of installments. It is now a year later and I have still not been paid, even though ADT claims to have paid the money into my banking account on 29 May 2012. I have copies of my bank statement for the said period, which proves that the money never came into my account. I called ADT on Monday 13 May 2013 and spoke to a person by the name of Gwynneth, who promised that someone would come back to me. To date, no-one has contacted me!
