ADT never gets back

I have requested time after time for a settlement account from ADT. I have sold my property and asked for a settled amount as I am moving. I have phoned time and time again. They promise they will send me a call reference and a settlement statement,
? am moving out at the end of the month and ADT will debit my account even tho I do not live in that house.
ADT always taking your money!!!

NO SERVICE!!!
