Chubb debited before 2 months free offer over, 1 month after signing the contract they debit, they debit twice for radio signal fees, All this after numerous emails and no response. Angy finally looked into it and explained the error in double debiting for radio fees, they will refund as per her, asked her to send it in writing still waiting from January for both. sent numerous emails with reminders and of stop order due to no response and breach of contract. emailed cancellation letter as well. still no response. Today I get a letter informing me of outstanding payments and the consequences. What the is going on, Chubb doesnt respond to emails, and the people dont ever return calls. I want this sorted they were informed end of January verbally and via email of the cancellation. They are excellent for I even get called to say they received an alarm when I have not even activated the alarm as I am at the premises.
