I have been logging calls for 3 weeks now about your pathetic service and the problems i got with my alarm. You guys phone me 3 times every night when im sleeping with the same problem. When you phone me im telling you guys before you start speaking that its zone 2 and zone 12 going off. I said for the past 3 weeks every day that there is problems in those zones. Your stupid technical team came out and said some random excuse not to fix the alarm. Obviously to lazy to fix it. now i emailed your customer service email address also but still no response on that. So it has come to this that i want to cancel your pathetic service. And you wont only lose my branch. You will lose the whole corporate company if you guys dont wake up.
Im from the cashbuild centurion branch. so make plan to get there and sort it out before i take further steps
