In October 2012 I took my vehicle to the local Netstar fitment centre in Witbank for a brand new early warning system to be installed. When I got my vehicle back from the centre the driver's electrical window is not working anymore, light covers and bonnet guard cracked which was brand new and the engine grill clips broken and even the battery cables loose. This is not the shocker, after I took my vehicle to the original dealer to get a quotation on the damage of the vehicle it added up to R10 000 worth of damages. I've e-mailed Midrand 115 times to be exact and every other week someone just tries and comfort you by saying they are working on the case and then the waiting starts yet again week after week just to get a new person working on the case every time but nooo solutions to the problem. I've been with Netstar for 14 years and this is the first time I ever received such bad service. You ought to close down for all the problems you're causing instead of resolving it and lack of respect for other's property!
