My mother phoned ADT to cancel their subscription on 1 October 2012. She was requested to send an email to [Email Removed] which she did on 3 October 2012. She phoned to confirm that they have received the email. No email was found. even the automatic reference given in reply did not exist! She was the requested to email [Email Removed] which she also did. All debit orders after that was reversed after and including November 2012. Still no action from ADT! I have now TWICE sent emails on my parents behalf and still NO RESPONSE. Even though the emails is read every time. Now my father continues to get calls demanding payment? Why? They want to cancel the service, but apparently the customer services are too busy to notice!
