I just spoke to the new owner of my old house and he confirmed that my account have been canceled at the end of 2012, and numerous times by myself as well. I still get billed for what was supposed to be settled. I have spoken to the people that phoned me from the account department, send Text Messages, emails and even an online request about my query, but no attention was made towards my query.

It as if none of my attempts made it to ADT.
