I've never in my entire life received such, My alarm system hasn't been working for a month now. Called the call centre every single day but nobody seems to want to take responsibilty of my query, instead they claim to be transferring me to the Leondale Branch but they cut my line. Once I got lucky to go through to the Leondale branch and they woman there told me that the technician wasn't in and they said I must leave my contact info then I waited, to no suprise after 7 working day nobody has contacted me.
It really makes me sick on how they are quick to debit our accounts but not deliver. Oh then yesterday I received a note that showes that the guys were doing routines checks @4am, that to me was funny coz I really thought I dont exist in their sysytems anymore. Now I'm busy paying premiums for the services I dont get.
