Lack of response to legitimate Problem and query

Our Company Upgraded From Tracker alert to Skytrax about 30 Months ago
Last year I found out that we were still paying for both. After a lengthy battle we were refunded in full
Recently we were being contacted by Tracker to tell us that the vehicle was being pushed or Jump started
Usually when this happened the vehicle was at our warehouse so we knew that this was in fact not true
I tried to get the vehicle checked at one of the Tracker approved service providers only to find that I needed Trackers approval to do so. I have been battling for 6weeks now to get someone from Tracker to give me the approval to do so
I have been dealing with Tobogo who has given me a royal run around. He even came back to me two weeks ago and said that the technical dept said that the Skytrax had been removed. This is of course a lot of rubbish. Since I explained all this to Tobogo He has not come back to me. This is so frustrating
