We e-mailed Chubb last year February to cancel a contract with them and arranged that the new tenants take over the contract. Since then Chubb has still deducted funds from my wife's account as well as the new tenants account. We have been trying to resolve this matter for some time and was greeted today with arrogance from Vernon, the Branch Manager. I do not care for this attitude or for their lack of service. We just want our refund.
