Hi,

An account was open with Ackermans with my particulars. I lodge a complaint with Tenacity Ackermans and they said I should forward them affidavit, certified ID copy and my signatures to investigate the matter. I did that and they started with the investigation. They confirmed that the account was indeed open and I won't be liable for any payments. A letter was sent to me confirming this. To my surprise I received an SMS on 13 March 2013 from Strauss Daly Attorneys informing me that my Tenacity Account is administered by them. I should contact them to arrange payment. I called the attorneys to find out what is happening and they told me that I owe Ackermans more than R6000.00 and I was shocked because I believe this matter has long been resolved.
