Hi I am very discusted in your jeffreysbay branch, I've had the utter worse expierence there ever and the staff have attitude, I set aside clothes due to the fact I left my card in another town, and haven't gotton it, I asked the consultant theo nicely to please calcute my purchases he told me with an attitude, he is not my personal calculater, make ur own sums and work it out urself! I feel like closing my account and never sitting my foot in any akermans shop again! Then he's reply as I told him he's got a bad attitude, he said he's not gonna go threw all that trouble, for me not purchising the goods, I've had an ackermans account for years, my son 9months, daughter is 6know, I always buy all their clothes at the ackermans store as I love ackermans clothing it is the best for kids but know for that consultants bad attitude, I dnt ever wana sit foot in that shop again and want to close my account, this is not the 1st time I expierence bad service from that shop! The assistant manager was standing there and just said nothing lookted at me, and went on with her work, remember, one bad service at a franchise store give ackermans in whole a bad name, word of mouth is a very powerful
