On the 06/10/2022 my niece went to Offices of Easypay in Itsoseng to complain about his mother Pension money that did not reflect on his account when they try to withdraw it. On arrival at the office of Easypay in Itsoseng the official who is known to them assisted them and told them the, the name of the account holder of Gogos card is his son who is also receiving grants from SASSA for his ill health.

They also said the cannot assist Gogo because they cant take his fingerprints and his ID cannot be scanned because its old. On the 07/10/2022 I went to the office of SASSA to enquire about Gogo Dimakatso Evelyn Mankwe's pension money. I was surprised to see that all the money belonging to Dimakatso Evelyn Mankwe was on his account at Easypay.

I phone them to say they must go to the Bank to see if they can withdraw cash but unfortunately they couldn't do withdrawals because R1000.00 was withdrawn from Itsoseng ABSA Shuba Supermarket. Yesterday they say even the pin is not working. So I would like to know how is it possible for a cash withdrawal can happen without pin. I would further like a formal investigation be inducted at Easypay Office in Itsoseng because its like officials there do as they please because most of the elders who goes there to complaint don't get assistance because they are not informed. I would further like to request repay of the R1000.00 that was taken from Gogo's account be repaid.
