Looks like we are back at Hello Peter and this time I have phoned in the week and ask customer care to please make sure the debit order goes of on the 26 of each month . lady assured me that this was activated and luckily now when I phoned I was informed that oh no the debot order with maybe go of at 24h00 tonite... which means its the 27th .. numerous occassion Multichoice takes of the debit order late and every time I need to make a trip to Pick and Pay to pay the fee .. Last month same thing Lady told me I must pay R590.00 just to hear I am no R120 behind ..
yes and please multichoice phone me so that I can be a very unhappy custormer again .. bunch of people really dont know what the they doing .. cant even let a debit order go of on time!!! and oh no I have to run to pick and pay tonite or it will be disconnected!!! really???
