Good day,

Last year i phone multichoice to cancel my debit order, due the fact that i haven't been working and they say yes they will cancel it, and i told them I will make cash payments at my nearest Shoprite store. A week ago 30 Jan 14, i got a sms from them that they gonna debit my account, and i phoned them and asked them aboltut the sms, whereas i again told the lady to cancel my debit order, as i don't have any monies in my account. On the 04th of Feb, i got a sms telling me that Multichoice debit my acc with R371, whereas i told them i dont have money in my account and whereas i called them to cancel my debit order... My question to them is, why did they debit my account and who will pay for those fees on my account as I told them no to debit my acc, and that my dish is deactivated cause i cant affort to pay them... I want them to sort out my bank acc due to the unpaid fees that will be charged on my acc, and the fact that i told them i'm not working and that they must cancel my acc. Thank you, and hope you can really help me out...
