MultiChoice Billing and Arrears Team DSTV made a mistake with my last debit order and sent me an email to say they would refund the amount of R1741.10 within 7 working days. Today is the 9/5/2013 and the email was sent to me on the 29/04/2013 and still no refund is reflecting.
