Wrong Debit Orde

I received an sms on the 9th of July 2013 from FNB for a debit order for the amount of R728.22 that went of my Multichoice account. I cancelled my subscription on the 19th of January 2013 at Multichoice.
I phoned the call centre and according to them my account was activated and that's why the debit order went off, but could not tell me by whom.
They did however see that I have cancelled on the 19th of January 2013, but not who activated it again.
The lady said that they will refund me, but can not tell me when I will receive the money.
I see this as, because anyone can just activate your account and the debit order from your account at Multichoice?
