Last month I had a problem with Multichoice (case ref : 3183411), who blamed FNB for unpaid debit order. It happened again that my debit order was not presented and/or unpaid, as they claim, yesterday (25/03/13). Why encourage subscribers to opt for debit order facility when you know you are incompetent? Who is to blame this time? Is it because you don't have competion? Am I forcing myself to be a customer that is not wanted by Multichoice or is FNB screwing me up? My debit order instruction to Multichoice always & has been running on 25th monthly, as far as I know. At not stage have I changed that instruction to run on a different date unless someone have power of attorney to change my instructions without my knowledge. I know I'm a "small fry" & Multichoice is looking for "" but 'm not going to let anyone, Multichoice included to take me for a ride.
