Drifta no signal - useless gadget

What is the point of having a mobile deviceif it receives no signal, even in a main city centre.

I have had no signal for the last while, even though i have used it successfully at this venue in Muizenberg. Im simply told by the lady from the call centre that if im not in an area with signal, then it wont work. Which areas do receive signal?

Useless device if i cant use it away from home!
