Phoned MNET last night as the signal is very bad and not watchable, seems they did work on their signal on Monday and I am not the only customer complaining. After 40 minutes on the phone and the customer service rep not being able to assist me, I was told that a technician will be in contact shortly. It is now almost 24 hrs later and I have had no call. So I guess no MNet tonight either. Seems they are trying to force existing MNet customers to change to DSTV, which I am not interested in, so if thats the case I will be cancelling my subscribtion after 20 odd years..
