Inconsistent policies, mixed feedback, no refund

Well, where to start with this! Myself and 2 other friends booked 3 Metallica Golden Circle tickets as soon as they opened.
Then, out of nowhere, the venue is changed from Cape Town Stadium to a 2 night show at the Bellville Veledrome. This venue change was made on the 3rd April 2013 with no explanation as to why the change. Along with no transport being provided.

None the less, we wanted to exchange tickets for the show on the 24th. Nope, sold out. We exchanged the tickets for the 25th. Now two of us can't make it.

Their Twitter account mentions I CAN get a refund only to backstep and say if we changed the tickets we can get a refund, with a 100% cancellation fee. How the is that even a refund?! The companies responses are disgusting. See twitter dot com /Computicket/status/326666528592379904

Their latest excuse is because the show is within 7 days time. Yet, if we hadn't exchanged the tickets for the Veledrome we could get a refund up until tomorrow. WHERE IS THE CONSISTENCY?!

Pathetic company, pathetic policies and disgusting feedback all around.
