Trying to buy tickets for the MTN 94.7 Highveld Joburg Day, on MTN's website as well as on Computicket's event details, the price for children is advertised as R100 fir kids under age 13.
When actually booking the tickets though, there is no option for a kid's price, only the R250 adult price.
After bringing this to Computicket's attention, I got the following response, which I feel shows incompetence and is an excuse for something else...
