I bought 4 tickets to the CT metallica concert, i received an sms this morning saying that the venue has changed & is now at Bellville & that we have to change our tickets. I went to computicket & i asked the lady to change the ticket so that the right venue is displayed, she told me that i had to make full payment (R3400) again 2 change the tickets & then after 6 days i would get a refund. Totally unacceptable as I cant pay again 4 something that has already been paid & which already reflects in computickets account. I told the lady that she must leave it & i would contact computicket telephonically, when i phoned they told me that the lady refunded me for 2 tickets (which i did not ask her 2 do, and i had 4 tickets not 2!!!) now i only hav 2 tickets & have 2 people that cant go. I live in JHB & my husband & I planned a holiday with friends down 2 CT (flights paid), this was suppose 2 be a special event which now looks like its not going to happen due to a lady that just does what she wants to do without me having given her instruction to do so. So the refund she processed will be in my account but what about the 2 tickets i have now lost? As we all know this show is sold out! plz call me
