Its seems that i have selective signal coverage in my area. Sometimes i have channel 120 in the morning, but not in the afternoon. I get get cahnnel 450 on weekends but not on Mondays. I pick up channel 182 on Mondays, but not on Wednsdays. Please sort out your service so that i recive the signals for all channels that i pay for. Yes, this is a shared satellite, but it does not seems to be an issue with other units. They use the same dish, but find it strange that experiance this issue. I have it confirmed by your local branch that my decoder is at 100% perfect. I am sick of you rpre programmed call centers readig off the same technical page of: disconnect cables, swith this on, switch that off..blah blah blah, ok, i i dont sir, pleae take it to you nearest service centre, only to be left in the same situation as day one. if i recieve the signal at some point, why cant it stay like that. If this cannot be resolved, kindly reinburse me for the months gone by for the channels i could not view and i will opt for an alternative solutions. I expect a quick response.
