Getting nowhere with TopTv / StarSat

Our frustration started last year already. Our satellite dish has rusted and we staying in Johannesburg. When I have contacted TopTv they said it's not their problem we must pay for another dish and the installation of the dish although the agent agreed it should not happen. Then about 3 weeks back our decoder started heating up so bad we had to unplug it. After that we could not get signal again. When I reported to exchange the decoder again I was told to pay for new one and installation.

I contacted StarSat several times the past week without any luck. Does not matter what option I select I get the recording of: "if your screen is currently black... blah blah blah - very irritating. This should only be applicable on the technical selection (4) not if you have an account enquiry (3).

Spoken to Mpho on the 23/12/2013 reference number 000010202 with which we have cancelled our subscription. We have received a sms in error on 22/12/2013 (well according to Mpho) which stated the subscription was deducted for January. We have requested also from him to ensure that NO debit order will go off beginning of January which he also confirmed will NOT happen... well it did.
