I enquired the balance on my account and was told it would be R202, 84 in CASE NUMBER : 3373646. After 2 days without connection and after trying their DSTv contact centres which continually went on voicemail, i was then transferred to a guy who didn`t wanna give me his contact and personal details but said i should pay more.
He basically wasted my airtime and couldn`t even answer my question if their consultant was wrong in giving me an incorrect amount. He said there was no amount indicated yet i have the e-mail from them with the amount on it and when i offered to forward him the e-mail he said he isn`t allowed to do that.
Is this the quality MultiChoice have to offer?
